Renter's Paris correspondent states that the Government has approved the Premier's instructions to^M. C&mbon, French Ambassador in Berlin, in regard to territorial compensation for Germany ,h> the Congo region in exchange for absolute recognition of France's rights in Morocco. FIELD RAILWAY TO FEZ. PARIS, 25th Auguet. A detachment of two hundred and fifty engineers has sailed from Marseilles to construct a field railway in the neighbourhood of Fez, the capital of Morocco.
