SUPREME COURT CA9E9. Mr. Justice Sim presided over a preliminary sitting of the Supreme Court today to call over the civil list, Undefended. divorce cases, of which Mr. Wilford has fourteen, will be heard on 26th September. 1 Provisional fixtures of cases before a judge aJoae will be made on Monday. The following fixtures Were rico made; Saturday, 26fch August — Elizabeth Lowther v. Frederick James Lowther, dissolution of marriage. Monday, 28th August— C. B. J. Midlane, fey his guardian ad litefti, Charles Thomas Midlane v. Thomas Highet and the City Corporation, £600, damages for nu-'jance. Tuesday, 29th August— Leslie Trotter v. George Herbert Scales, £250 damages, fo? bodily injuries.
