NORTHERN UNION RULES.

[by telegraph— press association.] WANGANUI, 23rd August. A meeting of the Eastern Rugby Football Club was held to-night, and it was decided to form a new club to play under Northern Union rules. Practically all members of the club have gone over. It is stated that some members of the Wanganui Rugby representative team, now on tour in the South Island* are concerned.
