FATALITY AT OTIRA.
GU,fiX MoUTH , 2 2nd Anguat. I A fatal accident occured at the OtifA ; tunnel works to-day, when a man | named Frank Cuthbert, a-ged thiry-one sears, married, with two children, was killed by b«ing crushed between a motor train and a shed. He died on his w*y to the Gtey Hospital.
