PARLIAMENT PROROGUED.
MR. WADE'g PROBABLE COURSE. SYDNEY, Ist August. Parliament has been prorogued until 23rd August. Whatever the state of parties may be then, it is expected that Mr. Wade, Leader of the Opposition, will again move his censure motion, in order to determine the personnel of the parties. Mr. Neilsen, Minister for Lands, has formally resigned, owing to differences with his colleagues over the Conversion Bill. It is not intended to fill the va« cancy until Mr. M'Gowen's return. The two by-elections on which the future depends, will be bitterly fought. The leaders on both sides are preparing for an active campaign in the two electorates.
