DIED FROM BURNS.

fBT TELBGRAPH— r-KJSSS ASSOCIATION.] AUCKLAND, This Day. The four-year-old son of Mr. Thomas Hay, of Richmond-road, Mount Albert, has died in hospital as the result of burns. The boy's mother found him enveloped in flames, his clothes having evidently caught fire while she was outside the house. She took prompt measures to extinguish the flames, but the burns were so serious that nothing could avert a fatal result.
