BOYS' INSTITUTE.
A "social" for senior members was held At the Boys' Institute this we«k under the auspices of tho " Busy Bees " and the "Independents," the two teams organised for an attendance campaign for the • Sunday meetings. Various games and contests were held, including one of "punclt ball," which was Won by M'Carße's feeam. Refreshments, provided by Mrs. J. Sloah, were dispensed by the Boys' Committee. Messrs. J. Howitt and F. Martin addressed the boys on the advisability of joining the "Busy Bees" and "Independents ' respectively. The junior division contest for attendance at their meetings on Friday evenings hft« had good results. The "R" and "V" teaw ere now leading by 4 points.
