There was no sign of anyone in the party pronouncedly declarihg that they had no sympathy with such sentiments. CAPETOWN, 27th Juiy. The Cape Argus saddles Sir Wilfrid Laurier with the main responsibility for the new and most pernicious doctrine of colonial neutrality in Case of war, the enunciation of which, the paper declares, is a most profound disservice to the cause of unity of the Empire.
