The cornrt granted a husband a divorce because his wife had left him, and declined all overtures to Teturn, on the high moral ground that she had formed an affection for another man, and did not think it right to live with ber husband while that feeling for another existed. Tho Judge said that though there was not the slightest suggestion of immorality or impropriety by the wife, she had committed an offence against the divorce law, and he must grant a decree.
