Flynn, £3 5s lOd. cost-s R&. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. Frank Morton was ordered to pay £2 15s to Miss M. Moore on oi before the 10th August, in default to undergo three days' imprisonment. E. W. Olliver was ordered to pay £4 2* 4d to F. E. Green on or before the 10th of August, or spend three days in prison. / No order was made in the cas& of Walter S. Bedford v. B. Cave Brown Cave, a ctatin for £5 13s. DEFENDED ACTION. George Haigh, clerk, Wellington, sued James M'Goldrick, of Waingawa Meatworks, Masterton, for £5, money alleged to have been lent. It was con* tended by defendant that thG money was given as a deposit in a- business transaction. Plaintiff failed to prove his claim, and was nonsuited. He was also ordered to pay solicitor's fee, £1 Is. Mr. Hoggard appeared for plaintiff alid Mr. E. J. Fitzgibbon for defendant, CLAIM FOR COMMISSION. There was a partial hearing of the case in which William H. Turnbull and Co., land and estate agente, Wellington, sued Alfred Coles, settler, Hutt-road, for £25 12s 6d for work, journeys, and attendances of the plaintiff in connection with the sale of defendant's property at Hataitai. Hearing will be concluded on Monday next. Mr. A. Blair appeared fov plaintiffs, and Mi 1 . J. M'Grath for defendant.
