EXHIBITION CLOSING DAY.
CHILDREN'S CARNIVAL. A children's carnival will bo held at the Exhibition Stadium on Saturday next, from ?,.5O to 4- p.m. Entries are free, and children in fancy dress will bp admitterl free. The picture show and laughing gal* lory will be free. In the evening a grand fi««cy dress carnival, with £50 distributed in prizes, will be held. The judging will bo by vote of tho_ public. An orchestra will supply tho music. Entrieß and admission will be free to all, exhibitors included, who attend in fancy dres«, to both Exhibition and Stadium. Entries close at * p.m. to-morrow, with Mr. F. A. Allen (11. F. Allen and Co.). 111, Customhousequay. Fhe pounds will be given to the person guessing nearest to tho total number of persons passing the turnstiles on closing day, Saturday next ; and a goldfiilod watch will be given to every 1000 th person passing through the turnstileg on that clay. Free samples will again be distributed by exhibitors.
