Hooper, land and commission a-gent, iof Wellington, sued ■ Jas. E. Bradley for £25 as commission on the sale of a property. Mr. V. R. Meredith appeared for plaintiff and Mr- M. F. Luckie for | defendant. After two of his witnesses had given evidence Mr. Meredith applied for a nonsuit, as the presence of another witness was required. Plain- , tiff was nonsuited. Co&te (2s), witnesses' ! expenses (10s), and solicitor's fee (£2 2e) were allowed. In the case of Margaret Aekina v. Robert James Aekins, a claim for £22, being the balance of twelve weekly instalments of £2 10e each, due for maintenance by>' defendant to plaintiff, reserved judgment was given for plaintiff for the amount claimed, with coets. Mr. Dalziell appealed for plaintiff and Mr. i Gray for defendant. Alexander Dimdore. general imported 1 , or Wellington, proceeded against Jane Siegel. ladies' tailor, of Wellington, to recover the sum of £21 Is sd, alleged to be the balance of an account for goods supplied. Mr. W. J. Organ appeared for plaintiff and Mr. A. H. Hindmarsh for defendant. After hearing evidence., hJ6 Worship reserved his decision vmtil the 4th irist.
