BRITISH LEAGUE SEASON. fiy Telegraph.— Press Association,— Copyright. (Received May 1, 8.35 a.m.) LONDON, 30th April. The British Association Football League season ended on Saturday last. The Manchester United Club (with 52 points) and Aston Villa (with 51) head the first division. The Bristol City and Nottingham Forest Clubs have been relegated to the second division, Bromwich (which secured 53 points in the second division), and Bolton Wanderers (51 points) replacing them in the first division. [In the First League championships last year Aston Villa, with 53 points, won ; Liverpool (48) being second ; Blackburn Rovers, Newcastle United, and Manchester United following with 45 points each. In the Second League Manchester City won, with 54 points, Oldham Athletic, Hull City, and Derby County each scored 53 points. Of these three Oldham Athletic, possessing the best goal average, secured promotion.] '
