A meeting of taxi-cab drivers protested against tho proprietors seeking, by an increase in. fares, to pass on the petrol tax. The drivers threaten to strike if action is taken before the Government investigation ie completed. They also demand daily wages in lieu , of a percentage of the takings. RHONDDA VALLEY STRIKE.
