STEAMER MOOLTAN IN QUARANTINE. By Telegraph.-^Press Association. — Copjright-. (Received April 17,' 10 a.m.) ADELAIDE, This Day. The P. and 0. steamer Mooltan was quarantined on arrival owing to a case of smallpox aboard. The victim is ai second-class Australian passenger who joined the vessel at an Indian port.
