IT IS POSSIBLE TO REDUCE FLESH WITHOUT DIETING OR EXERCISE. It is not only possible but being done ' everywhere. Exercise, unless carefully tprofessionally superintended, may easily do a deal of harm to the overburdened body. The stout man or woman who is determined to get thin is only too likely to overstrain the muscles by ill-advised exercise and so cause troubles that may develop into something far worse than too much flesh. Th« same with dieting. Starvation is certainly effective but it is sui-e to weaken the patient constitutionally, while at the same time it is constant torture. _ Fortunately neither dieting nor exercising is required or desirable if one uses the right remedy for reducing fat, and, strange to say, that remedy is a simple, wholesome home mixture, the ingredients of which are obtainable at any chemist's at a small cost. Thie mixture is as follows : — One half -ounce of Marmola, one ounce of fluid extract of Olycyrrhiza 8.P.,0ne ounce pure Glycerine 8. P., and Peppermint Water to make six evinces,- and the proper amount to take is two teaspoonfuls after meals. This mixturG takes the fat off rapidly but naturally, so that no wrinkles are formed and no harm is done to the stomach, as is too frequently the case with "patent" or "secret" remedies. In order to meet a constantly repeated demand, the above prescription lias been condensed in the form of a compact and perfect tablet known as Marmola Prescription Tablets, and those readers who preier them to the liquid form can obtain same of any chemist. — Advt.
