BUILDINGS COLLAPSE. TWO PERSONS KILLED, SEVERAL INJURED. By Teleeraph — Press Association.— Copyright, BUENOS AIRES, 13th April. Several quarters of the city have been flooded by a rainstorm. Numerous buildings collapsed, and two people were killed and fifty injured.
