Cossacks plundered and murdered nine German, colonists at Alutskain, in the Northern Caucaeufi. Thirty armed Terrorists attacked apostal van at Turek in Russian Poland, and after having killed a gendarme and : two policemen, dynamited the van and stole therefrom 47,000 roublee.
