Messrs. Mounsey and Co. will sell, under instructions from the mortgagee, at their rooms, Palmorston North, on Monday next, tho property known as the Carnarvon Boardinghouse. Particulars are advertised in this issue. To morrow, at 2 p.m., Messrs. Wm. H. Turnbull and Co. will sell by auction, at t-hoir rooms, 27, Panama-stroel, 100 oil paintings and -water-colour drawings by English and Continental artists. Amongst the artists represented are Publio de Tonimasi, Frances — Coleman, V. Lork, F. J. Aldridge, T. B. Hardy, and others. The pictures have beon viewed by a large number of art lovers,. , Messrs. T. Kennedy Macdonald, Ltd., will soil at their rooms, to-morrow, commencing at 1.30 o'clock, a catalogues of household furnishings, including contents of eight rooms removed from Aurora-ter-race, 11-stop organ by Lakoside Organ Co., Chicago, studio camera, Chesterfield loungo, dining-room suite. On Thursday j thoy will hold an auction sale of building material a^ Dimock and,, Co. 's late promisos, Waterloo-quay. Messrs. J. W. Braithwaito and Co. will sell by auction, at tho Nags' Head Yards, Dixon-streat, to-morrow, at 2 p.m., a numbor of liojscs, vehicles, and harness. To-morrow, at 2 p.m., by order of the Public Trustee, Messrs. Bethune and Co. are submitting a 10-h.p. ISO 9 double-oyelin-'ler, two-seated Darracq motor car. The car is now on view. Messrs. A. L. Wilson and Co. will hold an auction sale household furnishings at their rooms', 26, Brandon-street, to-mor-row, at. 1.30. Tho cataloguo includes an uprigh; grand piano, drawing and diningroom furniture, and carpetß. Two typewriters will also be offered. At 1.30 tho | firm will sell, also at their rooms, 12 hams.
