HARRIERS.
BROOKLYN CLUB RUN. A run from Newtown Park over the hills to Island Bay, across to Houghton Bay, on. to Lyall Bay and back to the Park, was held by the Brooklyn Plarrier3 oq Saturday afternoon, about twenty-five members participating. F. Byrne' and S. Murray laid the trail. The run-in, over about 300 yards, was won by J. Galbraith,A. Barnes being second and A. Poynton third. After the run a meeting was held to elect a eecrelary in place of Mr. F. Hodson. who has retired owing to pressure of business. Mr. E. Shaw was elected, and a hearty vote of thanks was passed to Mr. Hodson for his services. The club's next run will be on 22nd April, and Te Aro Baths will be the starting point. *"
