TO-DAY'S FUNCTION. This afternoon Mr. Hugh J. Ward. Miss Grace Palotta, and the members of Mr. Ward's company are 1 being tendered a pablio reception at the Town Hall by the citizens of Wellington. A short concert programme is to be given, and Mr. Ward and his company will be presented with souvenirs of their efforts en behalf of the funds' of the Children's Hospital.
