THE YEMEN OUTBREAK.
REBELS SHELL A TOWN WIT 3 ' CAPTURED GUNS. (Received April 10, 9.10 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, 9th April. The rebels are shelling El Sajjeh, in the province ot Yemen, with captured Turkish guns. Ten battalions of troops have beenj despatched to relievo tho town. [The Turkish authorities are finding in the Arabs of Yemen foemen worthy} ' of > their steel. The fighting has beenl going on for weeks, and so far the rebels have succeeded in holding theirj own. Ah. unofficial telegram froci Cock stantinople received in London on 2OHil ' February stated that Mahmud Sbevkeb 1 , Pasha had ordered the Redife of ths Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Army Corps to be called on to fill the .places of th«( troops ordered to Yemen. These re* eerves are to be employed on frontiefl service. It was further decided to take all the measures necessary to place 40 more battalions for Yemen on a war ' footing]
