Four Shaw, Savill, and Albion liners— the Athenic, Corinthic, Arawa, and Tainui — are to be fitted up with wireless as they arrive in England. On board the lonic the apparatus has already been installed some time. WHAKATANE. The Whakalane arrived at Wellington yesterday, and is at present receiving cargo at the Railway Wnarf. Scales is in receipt of cabled advice that the timber loaders' strike at Bunbury was ended on the 6th in6t. The Scales' chartered steamer Clan Ross, which is due at Bunbury to-day from South Africa, will load jarrah for Auckland and Tauranga, Tlie Kaikoura is expected to arrive at Wellington from Napier on Tuesday morning. The auxiliary scow Magic is due at Wellington to-morrow with 600 sacks of maize from Gisborne. After completing her discharge at Bluff the Kia Ora— at present at Auckland— will visit Port Chalmers. The vessel, which is timed to catch the July wool sales at London, will sail for her destination on the 6th May from Auckland.
