THE DEBATE CONTINUED. NO NEW FEATURES.
LONDON, Ist March. The debate on the Veto Bill was continued -in the House of Commons to-day, but there were no new features. Mr. Alfred Lyttelton (formerly Secretary of State for the Colonies in the Balfour Cabinet) and Colonel Seely, Parliamentary Under-Secretary for the Colonies, were the principal speakers.
