RECENT PURCHASE BY FELTON BEQUEST. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. (Received March 1, 9.20 a.m.) LONDON, February 28. The Times says that Sir Joshua Reynolds's picture, "Miss Palmer," recently purchased by the Felton Bequest for the National Gallery, Melbourne, the price being £5000, was formerly in Lord dime's collection, and was sold on 6th July, 1906, for 950 guineas.
