MR. ASQUITH REPLIES TO QUESTIONS. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copy rifht. LONDON, 28th February. In reply to questions in the House of Commons, Mr. Asquith, the Prime Minister, said that as the Imperial Conference was between Governments, it would be contrary to precedent to invite the- lead-ers of the Opposition, Labour, and Nationalist parties to attend the initial ceremonies. Mr. Asquith added i that the conference would decide whether it would admit , the prces to the non-confidential discussions.
