CREW OF A BARGE. •■By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. , 1 (Reoeived February 28, 9 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, 27th Feb. A derelict barge was discovered near Astrakhan, on the Volga, heavily surk rounded by ice. There were thirty bodies, frozen to death, on the vessel.
