REGENT MURDER BY NATIVES.
THREE ARRESTS. <By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright, I (Received February 25, 11 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, 24th Feb. Three of the natives who attacked and murdered two Englishmen — Mr. Mac Harvey, owner of the Naphtha I works at Grosny, near the Caspian Sea, and Mt. Barnard, manager of the works [ — also a Ptussian workman, have been arrested. One committed suicide.
