(Received February 18, 10 a.m.) MELBOURNE, This Day. The Federal Cabinet discussed tho question of sending a military contingent to the Coronation. It is understood it decided not to send anything in connection with pageants or decorations. Some sort of official recognition may be extended to small bodies of troopß- or cadets despatched at private expense ; otherwise, it is believed, the expenditure will bo limited to Ministers* expenses and members' passage money.
