MR. M'GOWEN GOING TO ENGLAND. MR. HOLMAN TO BE ACTINGPREMIER. AGENT-GENERAL'S TERM EXTENDED. By Telegraph.-Press Association.-Copyrlghk, (Received February 1, 8.55 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Mr. M'Gowen, the Premier, will represent the State at the Coronation, leaving on 15th March. He will be accompanied by the Under- Secretary for Finance (Mr. J. W. Holliman). During the absence of the Premier, Mr. W. A. Holman (Attorney-General) will be Acting-Premier. While in England Mr. M'Gowen will enquire into a number of matters of importance to the State, including the flotation of loans. He hopes to arrange to cut out underwriting charges. The Hon. T. A. Coghlan's appointment as Agent-General has been extended for a further period of twelve months. NO NEED FOR LOANS. (Received February 1, 9.35 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Mr. M'Gowen states that the State revenue ie so prosperous that there will be no need of any loan money for some time.
