io-mori'ow the amended Gaming Act will come- into forte. The principal features of tho legislation were explained in a, special article by "Five to One" in The Post last Thursday. Chiefly, sentence of death has been passed on tho individual known as "the legalised bookmaker," who is plying his calling for the last time at f akapuna to-duy— at least legally.
