ALLEGED KIDNAPPING. BLACK BOY HELD AS A SLAVE.
(Received Jamtary 30, 10.30 a.m.) PERTH, This Day. The district magistrate at Karachi, in India z has forwarded a statement alleging that "an Indian four years ago stole a black boy from Port Hedland, on the north-west coast of Australia, and now has him in India, as a working slave. The statement alleges that the Indian's brother beat the boy's mother, ami busted her away while the man led the . -boyto the ship.
