Attention is further directed to the provision in the Municipal Corporations Act that a husband or wife entitled to registration may also enrol their wife or husband by virtue of tliair own qualification, but tfiis niuat be done by the Eleotor on the usual application form. "The Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1910," provides that all residents of one year in New Zealand, and of three months last past in the District or Ward of a District, who are of the age of 21 years and over, are entitled to be enrolled. This applies to those of both sexes, whether resident at home or in lodgings, who have not hitherto been inoluded.
