NOTICE is hereby given that the Distnot Electors' List for 1911-12 is now being compiled, and eaquiry should be made by all Ratepayers and qualified Residents, at the Town Clerk's Office, to aScertain if their names are included therein. Attention is drawn to the fact that the names of all those RESIDENTIAL VOTERS who did not exeroise their vote at the Mayoral and Councillors' Election in 1909, and also at tne Mayoral Election in 1910, WILL NOT APPEAR on tho New List unless (if they are still entitled to be included) a fresh application is made by the party interested, on tho form provided. Attention is further directed to the provision in the Municipal Corporations Act that a husband or wife entitled to registration may also enrol their wife or husband by virtue of tliair own qualification, but tfiis niuat be done by the Eleotor on the usual application form. "The Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1910," provides that all residents of one year in New Zealand, and of three months last past in the District or Ward of a District, who are of the age of 21 years and over, are entitled to be enrolled. This applies to those of both sexes, whether resident at home or in lodgings, who have not hitherto been inoluded.
