Dr. Mackay, interviewed in regard to hie projected journey to the Antarctic, stated that he will start for Grahamsland in August, and will be absent two years. A relief jship will meet the party at the Great Ice Barrier or $t Hut Point, but if tho ship is ice-bound the party will crose Ross's Ice Barrier for Shackleton's or Scott's huts in order to replenish supplies.
