Donald Larnach was ordered to pay £4 10s to Rosenberg and Co. on or before 9th February; in default seven days' imprisonment. CLAIM FOR POSSESSION. In the case of the Wellington Steam Ferry Company v. Hugh Downes, it was ordered that plaintiff recover possession of a bouse at Day's Bay by "the 23rd February, also judgment for 'costs £1 6s 6d.
