SOUTH AFRICAN CRICKETERS.
I NOBLE'S GOOD OPINION. ; By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright i SYDNEY, 24th January. Mr. M. A. Noble, the veteran h cricketer and ex-captain of the Australian Eleven, predicts that the South Africans Avill win tho Test rubber. He says they are making 'too many runs altogether, which is hard to understand, seeing that they came as a great bowl- ' ing combination. Yet they have achieved more success in the batting department. Australia does uot possess the formidable and resourceful bowlers of a few seasons ago. The visitors have mastered the Australians' attack, and Mr. Noble is at a loss to know how to improve it.
