Mr. Hugh Walker, of New Zealand, lias received a commission as second lieutenant iv the Warwickshire Regiment. [Lieut. H. J. I. Walker comes Trom Auckland, and was in the King's College Cadets in that city. He sat for his examination from 11th October to 15th October last, and is one of two candidates whom New Zealand has the right to nominate to the British 4rmy.]
