He concluded : I am Premier, and am not going to be dictated to by any man here. Our policy is the policy of the Government, not of any other individual or collection of men. Mr. Fisher, the Federal Prime Minister, later said he had heard nothing to cause heat. This was taken as a rebuke for Mr. Verran. Mr. Fowlds was present at Iho gathering.
