RIFLE SHOOTING.
SUBURBS v. WHAREROA. The Suburbs Defence Rifle Club met the Whareroa Club at Paraparaumu on Tuesday, tho ranges being 200, 500, and 600 yards. The Suburbs won by 24 points. Following were the scores : — Suburbs Club: F. Price, 33, 34, 27—94; A. J. Jackson, 34, 30, 26—90; Fellingham, 31, 30. 25—86; Gower, 33, 34, 19-86; Jackson. 29, 30, 24—83; Nowlon, 30. 29. 23-82; H. Barnes, 21, 29. 30-80; R. Turner, 35, 24. 22—79; W. Jackson, 30, 23, 20—73; Bellumore, 29, 27, 21-77 j— total, 855. Whareroa: Bowkitt, 31, 28, 29—88; C. Whiting, 29, 30, 28—87; J. Whiting, 32. 26, 28—86; D. D. Hyde, 29, 27, 26 -82; M'Lean, 32, 28, 22—82; 0. P. Lynch, 31, 29. 22--82; Wiggrey, 30, 28, 23-81; C.
