JUDGMENT FOR ORIGINAL FINDERS. [BY TEIiECBAPH. — PRESS ASSOCIATION.! BLENHEIM, This Day. Mr. Florence, S.M., gave judgment ! for plaintiff for £200, the full amount and costs, in the case Jackson v. Baldick and others, the claim for value of a whale lost by plaintiff's party in Queen Charlotte Sound, and found by defendants. Notice of appeal was given by each of the defendants, and the case will come before the Chief Justice this week.
