Pointed reference was made in. the House on Saturday to the fact that oti the Supplementary Estimates appears an additional sum of £1000 to be divided among public libraries. It is specially devised for the Benefit of small country libraries, which have to apply before February if they, wwit-wiy tfftvt of th# votf.
