UNSETTLED CONDITIONS.
The uncertainty of purpose that hae characterised the weather of late is to continue, according to latest ,'idvices from the meteorological office. Rain is probable at any time in the next two or three days, and a disturbance of evil tendencies is hanging about. The low pres- 1 enre announced recently seems to be passing northward of East Cape, and the Rev. D. C. Bates expects showery and changeable weatl^ along the East Coast and m the far North. And the wind is expected to pipe up from the north after an anticipated change from the east tomorrow evening.
