BNOWDONIAN, WITH JARRAH. At 3.30 p.m. yesterday the steamer Snowdonian arrived in port from Bunbury, via Auckland, with part cargo of jarran. The vessel is berthed at the Railway Wharf, wheie some 300,000 ft of timber will be discharged. On completion, the Snowdouiau proceeds to Lyttelton. Captain Griffiths is in command, and has with h ! m the following officers :— Chief officer, Mr G. Tudor; becond, Mr K. J Thomas; Mr L Griffith is chief engineer, Mr Tuckwell becond, and Mr E. Jones third. Mr G. J. Evans is chief steward. TAKEN BY ARAWA. From Invercargill : 471G crates cheese. From Napier : 40 casks pelts, 22 casks tallow, 504 bales wool. From Dunedin: 887 crates cheese, 1175 boxes butter. From Lyttelton : 2611 carcases mutton, 578 carcases lamb, 2431 boxes butter, 982 crates cheese, 35 bales skins, 4366 bales wool, 1 bale basils, 106 bags wool, 15 casks pelts, 98 ca^ks tallow, 3 packages sundries. For Monte Video— From Wellington: 17 rams. From Dunedin : 20 sacks manure. There is still a shortage of railway trucks at Wellington, and the discharge of the Canopus is being delayed in consequence. The vessel wEI probably not now clear Wellington until Monday. After coaling the Opawa in the Btream ! to-day the Ngatoro is to sail for Greymouth. j Next week the Kini commences overhaul at Wellington. She wil' be ready for sea again about Thursday next. With a cargo of fruit the TJnion Company's steamer Navua left Suva at 2 o'clock on Thursday afternoon for Auckland and Wellington. She is due at Wellington about Wednesday next.
