By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright, (Received October 6, 8.10 a.m.) NEW YORK, sth October, The Los Angeles police announce the discovery of a clue to the dynamite outrage at the office of the Lob Angeles Times. Two men named Otis and Chanler were arrested on a charge of criminally libelling a Labour leader. The alleged libel was published weeks ago. Otis, under arrest, attended the funeral of the stenographer who received the dictation of the libellous article. The stenographer died in the explosion. A launch, which is believed to have carried dynamite into Los Angeles, has been found in Oakland Estuary.
