HONOURS AND PASSES. The examination in practical subjects for -the Wellington Centre in connection with Trinity College of Music, London, concluded on Saturday at the Town Hall. The Governor's med.il. presented by Lord Islington for Hip most promising senior advanced pupil in the Dominion, will be allotted by Mr. Charles Schilsky before he leaves tho Bluff, when he will communicate his dpemon to the secretary at Wellington. A Morris-tube match was fired on Friday evening last by teams representing I lie employees of the Wellington Gas Company's fitting department and the engineering department, which resulted in a win I'oi the fitting department by six point.s.
