C. Moffett in the top flat. Mts. Young, owner of the tea-rooms, escaped with her family in night attire. She was insured for £250 in the New Zealand Office. Lillicrap and M'Naughton were covered by policies in various offices. The Dresden Company has a separate insurance on its stock. The' building, owned by Robert Erskine, is insured for £2000 in. the Norwich Union, and £500 in the Royal Exchange.
