THE OCEANA. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. (Received 4ugust 15, 1 p.m.) ROME, 14th August. The steamer Oceana, bound for Bombay is ashore at Cape Faro, Messina. Lighters are at work lightening the vessel. * [The P. and 0. Steam Navigation Company's stoamer Oceana, which is probably the vessol in trouble, has a tonnage of 6610 tons. She was built in 1888 by Harland and Wolff, of Belfast.]
