Three hundred and eighty-five persons we known to bo dead, and there are 500 missing. Thousands are exposed to the rain, and are suffering from hunger, owing to the insufficiency of boats to convey provisions. One of the three embankments protecting Tokio has burst. Soldiers are gnax'ding the others.
