.To-morrow, at 2.30 p.m., at their rooms, Messrs J. H. Bethune and Co., under instructions fapm the Hon. Dr. Collins, M.L.0., will submit his wellknown residence and surgery, No. 5, Boulcott-street, close to the junction of Willis and Manners-streets. The land has a frontage of 59 feet 5 inches to Boulcott-street, by an irregular depth; widening to 89 feet 2 inches on the back boundary, and with a long frontage to a roadway on the upper side: Tho building contains 18 rooms and surgery, has look-out tower and conveniences. On Friday, under instructions from the Public Trustee, they will sell at the residence, Bridges-terrac«, off Hay-street the contents of 7 rooms. The furniture will be on view from 2 to 5 p.m. on Thursday afternoon. Messrs Townsend and Paul, Ltd., will sell at auction to-morrow, at 11 o'clock, a horse, cart and harness. On Monday next, at 1.30 o'clock, the firm will hold an auction sale of rose trees and other nursery stock grown by Messrs M'Laird and Sons, Waugantii. Messrs. T. Kennedy Macdonald, Ltd advertise details of their weekly furniture sale to take place to-morrow in their auction mart at 1.30 o'clock p.m., when a catalogue of household furnishings, all in very nice order and equal to new, will be submitted. Included in the list are a chesterfield lounge, sideboard, Bft extension dining-table, 18 rolls linoleum, oak duchesse pair, oak dining-room suite, three old violins, and set of spring cart harness.
