Reuter's agent at Tokio states that the steamer Tetseuri Mai-u, with 240 passengers, while travelling, from Kobe to Dalny, sank. Forty persons were saved, the rest are missing. Warships are searching. [The Tetseuri Maru was a steel screw isteamer of 2142 tons gross.]
